Their trading philosophy became simple and transparent: always be in touch, provide fair and clear purchasing terms, and offer warranty service that customers could only dream of before.
Customers always knew that exclusive Samsung models were always in stock at Technoperry, and if they weren't, the 7-day delivery guarantee satisfied 90% of customers. They always knew that if they were covered under warranty, the company would provide a replacement device to ensure the repair process was as painless as possible.
Over time, famous people began to recognize Technoperry. Our honest approach and attention to each client attracted the attention of not only ordinary people but also celebrities. Our customers included Alexandra Bortich, Ruslan Ostashko, Igor Burnyshev (The Burito), Olesya Ivanchenko, Sergey Matvienko, and Anton Shastun. But there was one connection that developed into an ongoing collaboration. We met the guys from the YouTube channel "Honest Blog," hosted by Philipp Belikov (DJ Feel).
